I have been knitting, really!

****HEAVY PICTURE POST AHEAD********

I love to knit- I really really do. But lately, I start a project, and half the time, I don't finish it- it either has a problem, or I don't like it anymore, or I wish I had dome "X" differently. I dunno. It is like a slump, but I am still knitting. I just hope it passes soon! Here is a sampling of my latest endeavours.....

Hat for my sister-free pattern from Twist Collective-Lang Millecolore

Scarf for a friend- Lang
Hat for me- Alpaca Hand Paint Chunky (I also made a neck warmer)

mitts for Annie- Noro Kureyon (I just used the other end of the ball for the stripes and checks)

Hat/hood for a friend-Lavold wool angora-I used a pattern for a guide (http://carissaknits.blogspot.com/2008/10/heelhead-scarf.html)

A baby bonnet-a variety of sock yarns-based on a pattern on the net (I don't have it here- but I will quote it when I find it)

Baby Uggs-Berocco Suede-again- pattern is free on the net

A small triangular shawl- my own pattern- Impulse of Delight BFL fingering

A cowl, my own design, from a gradient dyed yarn- again- Impulse of Delight

So you see, I really have been knitting, just not finishing everything! I am heading to Montreal on February 6th to give a workshop on a scarf I have designed-more on that later-I think I have enough pictures on this one!!!!!
I am going to go and try to finish something. See ya.
